Instructions
- Heat the Cream: Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and pour in the heavy cream. Bring it to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally.
- Add Butter and Sweetener: Reduce the heat to low, then add the butter and powdered sweetener. Stir until the butter is melted and the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Simmer and Thicken: Continue simmering for 15–20 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture reduces by about half and thickens to a creamy consistency.
- Cool and Store: Remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Transfer to a clean jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
