Scale
- 4 mahi-mahi fillets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Place mahi-mahi fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

- Remove fish from marinade and grill for 3–4 minutes per side or until grill marks form and fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Do not over-marinate the fish to prevent a mushy texture.
- Serve with a fresh salad or rice for a complete meal.
