Description

Sweet and tangy, this Kiwi Lemonade is a delightful twist on the classic refreshing drink, perfect for cooling off on a hot summer day.


Ingredients

Simple syrup:

  • 1 cup (240ml) water
  • ¾ cup (150g) sugar

For lemonade:

  • 1 cup (240ml) fresh lemon juice (46 lemons)
  • ½ cup (120ml) kiwi juice* (45 kiwis)
  • 3 cups (720ml) water
  • 1 ½ cups (360ml) vodka, optional

Instructions

  1. To make simple syrup: Bring a cup of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Continue to boil for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  2. For lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, kiwi juice, and water. Stir in simple syrup. Enjoy!
  3. To make hard lemonade: Stir in vodka.
