Sweet and tangy, this Kiwi Lemonade is a delightful twist on the classic refreshing drink, perfect for cooling off on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
Scale
Simple syrup:
- 1 cup (240ml) water
- ¾ cup (150g) sugar
For lemonade:
- 1 cup (240ml) fresh lemon juice (4–6 lemons)
- ½ cup (120ml) kiwi juice* (4–5 kiwis)
- 3 cups (720ml) water
- 1 ½ cups (360ml) vodka, optional
Instructions
- To make simple syrup: Bring a cup of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Continue to boil for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely.
- For lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, kiwi juice, and water. Stir in simple syrup. Enjoy!
- To make hard lemonade: Stir in vodka.
