Ingredients

Cookies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt

Lavender Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of crushed lavender for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light. Add vanilla and lavender.
  2. Mix in flour and salt until dough forms.
  3. Roll into balls and flatten slightly. Chill for 20 mins.
  4. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 14–16 minutes. Cool completely.
  5. Mix glaze and drizzle over cookies. Top with crushed lavender.
