Cookies:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Lavender Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of crushed lavender for garnish
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until light. Add vanilla and lavender.
- Mix in flour and salt until dough forms.
- Roll into balls and flatten slightly. Chill for 20 mins.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 14–16 minutes. Cool completely.
- Mix glaze and drizzle over cookies. Top with crushed lavender.
