Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a pot, combine whole milk, cream, sugar, and corn starch/rice flour. Whisk until well dissolved.
- Cook: Place the pot on medium heat and whisk continuously for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Thicken: Reduce heat to low and continue whisking until the mixture reaches a pudding consistency.
- Add Flavor: Remove from heat and stir in your chosen flavoring – cardamom, orange blossom water, or rose water.
