Description

A vibrant, creamy cheese log bursting with Mediterranean flavors like olives, roasted peppers, and herbs—perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley and extra olives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Fold in red peppers, olives, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm.
  4. Unwrap and place on a serving plate. Garnish with parsley and extra olives if desired.
  5. Serve with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
