- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green olives
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
- 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley and extra olives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in red peppers, olives, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm.
- Unwrap and place on a serving plate. Garnish with parsley and extra olives if desired.
- Serve with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
