Description

Mini French Tacos are crispy, triangle-shaped wraps filled with creamy meat, fries, and cheese, then grilled to golden perfection—perfect as a fun snack, party bite, or quick handheld lunch.


Ingredients

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast or ground beef, shredded or crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cooked French fries (thin-cut or shoestring)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese or cheesy béchamel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce or ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked meat with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cream cheese or béchamel until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and place a spoonful of meat mixture in the center of each.
  3. Top with fries and shredded cheese. Add hot sauce or ketchup if desired.
  4. Fold each tortilla into a triangle: fold up the bottom over the filling, then fold in the sides to seal into a triangular shape.
  5. Heat a grill pan or panini press over medium heat.
  6. Grill tacos for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauces of choice.
