- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast or ground beef, shredded or crumbled
- 1/2 cup cooked French fries (thin-cut or shoestring)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese or cheesy béchamel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce or ketchup
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cooked meat with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cream cheese or béchamel until smooth and creamy.
- Lay tortillas flat and place a spoonful of meat mixture in the center of each.
- Top with fries and shredded cheese. Add hot sauce or ketchup if desired.
- Fold each tortilla into a triangle: fold up the bottom over the filling, then fold in the sides to seal into a triangular shape.
- Heat a grill pan or panini press over medium heat.
- Grill tacos for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with dipping sauces of choice.
