Pie Crust:

- 1 pie crust
Quiche Filling:
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup thick sour cream (about 150 grams)

- Bacon bits, to sprinkle

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Place the pie crust in the 6 tart pans, and poke a few holes with a fork.
- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, crack the eggs, add the sour cream, salt, and pepper, and whisk with a fork.
- Assemble: Sprinkle grated cheese on the crust, add bacon bits, and then pour the quiche mixture over.
- Cook in Air Fryer: Place the quiches in the air fryer. Set to bake at 410°F (210°C) for 15 minutes. Check the cooking progress as needed.
