Description

A refreshing and tangy green cooler made with fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, and a touch of spice—this summer drink is cooling, vibrant, and perfect for hydration and digestion.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 2 cups chilled water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon wedges and mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar/honey, black salt, and roasted cumin powder with 1/2 cup water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher.
  3. Add the remaining chilled water and stir well.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mint lemon cooler over.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
