Description

These no-bake peanut butter oat cups are a quick and wholesome treat made with just four ingredients. A soft peanut butter and oat base is topped with smooth melted chocolate, making them perfect for snacks, desserts, or post-workout fuel.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1.5 cups peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups oat flour (or finely processed rolled oats)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup. Microwave for 40–60 seconds until warm. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Gradually add the oat flour and mix well until a thick, moldable dough forms. If too dry, add extra peanut butter or maple syrup (1 tsp at a time).
  3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or use a silicone muffin pan for easy removal.
  4. Divide the peanut butter mixture evenly into each cup, pressing it down firmly to form a base.
  5. In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted and glossy.
  6. Pour melted chocolate over each oat cup, smoothing the tops with the back of a spoon.
  7. Optional: Top with flaky sea salt, sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips.
  8. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set. Remove from pan and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter.
  • Store in the fridge to maintain firmness and freshness.
  • You can use dairy-free chocolate chips for a fully vegan option.
