- 2 cups warm water
Sakura Powder Mixture:

Cocktail:
- 1 can lychees in syrup or lychee juice
- 1 can sparkling water or tonic water
- Ice as needed
Instructions
- Prepare Sakura Flowers – In a large bowl, combine warm water and salt pickled sakura flowers. Let soak briefly, then rinse to remove excess salt. Dry flowers on a paper towel.
- Make Sakura Powder Mixture – Mix sakura powder with filtered water in a small bowl until smooth.
- Assemble the Cocktail – Fill a glass with ice, add sakura powder mixture, then lychee syrup or juice. Top with sparkling water or tonic water.
- Garnish and Serve – Spear a lychee and sakura flower on a toothpick, place on top of the glass. Serve immediately.
