- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Large and small Oreo cookie crumbs (about 6 Oreos)
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cupcake baking pan with 16 paper liners, placing one Oreo cookie in each liner.
- Mix cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Oreo cookie crumbs.
