  • 1/3 cup (40 g) powdered sugar

Passion Fruit Layer:

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) passion fruit pulp (with seeds)
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) passion fruit juice

Garnish:

  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Chill Mixing Bowl: Chill a mixing bowl to help whip the cream faster.
  2. Whip Cream: Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine Mascarpone: Gently fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth and combined.
  4. Soak Ladyfingers: Quickly dip ladyfingers into passion fruit juice and place a single layer in a glass dish.
  5. Layering: Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then drizzle with a few teaspoons of passion fruit pulp.
  6. Repeat: Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone cream. Top with more passion fruit pulp.
  7. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
