Passion Fruit Layer:
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) passion fruit pulp (with seeds)
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) passion fruit juice
Garnish:
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- Powdered sugar for topping
Instructions
- Chill Mixing Bowl: Chill a mixing bowl to help whip the cream faster.
- Whip Cream: Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
