Peach Syrup Ingredients:
- 1 lb. peaches (about 3 large peaches, Note 1)
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar (Note 2)
Instructions
- Pit and slice the peaches. No need to remove the skin.
- In a medium saucepan, combine peach slices, water, and sugar and gently bring it to a boil over medium heat.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, gently mashing the peaches with a fork.
- Remove from heat and strain through a mesh sieve. Press on the fruit pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
