Peach Syrup Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. peaches (about 3 large peaches, Note 1)
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar (Note 2)

Instructions

  1. Pit and slice the peaches. No need to remove the skin.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine peach slices, water, and sugar and gently bring it to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes, gently mashing the peaches with a fork.
  4. Remove from heat and strain through a mesh sieve. Press on the fruit pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
