Instructions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually fold in Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
- Let mixture cool for 5 minutes until easy to handle.
- Grease hands lightly and shape mixture into pineapple shapes on parchment-lined tray.
- Optionally use molds for uniform shapes.
- Decorate each treat with yellow icing in a crisscross pattern to mimic pineapple texture.
- Pipe or spread green candy melts or frosting on top for leaves; add edible glitter if desired.
- Let treats set for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
