Instructions
- Prepare Green Beans: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a splash of water and the green beans. Cover and steam for 3–4 minutes until bright and slightly tender.
- Sauté Garlic: Uncover and let excess water evaporate. Push beans to one side. Add sesame oil to the empty space, then add garlic. Stir for about 20 seconds until fragrant.
- Combine Ingredients: Toss green beans with the garlic and oil until coated. Pour in soy sauce and stir well. Cook 2–3 minutes, stirring often, until tender-crisp and glossy.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, toss once more, and serve immediately.
