Brownie Batter:

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Grease an 8×8″ pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Mix Batter: In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, cocoa powder, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until blended. Stir in baking powder, salt, food coloring, and buttermilk until combined.
- Add Flour: Gently fold in the flour until just combined.
- Bake: Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are firm.
- Cool and Drizzle: Let the brownies cool in the pan. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the cooled brownies. Slice into squares and enjoy!
