Ingredients

Kale:

  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed, chopped

Other Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, sauté garlic briefly. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  2. Add kale, cook until wilted. Add the chopped kale to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the kale is wilted and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
