- 1 bunch kale, stems removed, chopped
Other Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil, sauté garlic briefly. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Add kale, cook until wilted. Add the chopped kale to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the kale is wilted and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Squeeze lemon juice, season and serve. Squeeze the lemon juice over the kale. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
