  • 1 cup Crab meat

Béchamel Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preparing the Crepes: In a large bowl, combine flour and eggs. Gradually mix in milk, water, salt, and melted butter to form a smooth batter. Cook crepes in a pan and set aside.
  2. Preparing the Seafood Filling: Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add shrimp, crab meat, mushrooms, and white wine. Season and set aside.
  3. Preparing the Béchamel Sauce: Make a roux with butter and flour, then whisk in milk until thickened. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cheese.
  4. Assembling the Crepes: Fill crepes with seafood mixture, top with sauce, roll up, and place in a baking dish. Bake until golden.
