For the Cookies:
- 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil, or 7 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 large eggs

- White chocolate melting wafers
- Heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Mix: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs. Stir until well combined. Refrigerate the dough for 15-20 minutes if possible to make it easier to work with.
- Bake: Using a medium scoop or spoon, place dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes until set, being careful not to brown. Allow to cool on the pan briefly before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Dip: Melt white chocolate if desired. Dip half of each cookie into the melted chocolate, place on wax paper, and add sprinkles if desired.
