For the Filling:
- 1 16 oz can of strawberry frosting
For the Outer Coating:
- 1 12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
- 1 12 oz bag of dipping dark or milk chocolate
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Spray a 9×9 pan lightly with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper, leaving extra hanging out for easy removal.
- Melt White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate chips over a double boiler or in the microwave. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the strawberry frosting.
- Set the Filling: Spread the mixture in the prepared pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Cut into Squares: Remove the set mixture from the pan and cut into one-inch squares.
- Melt Dark/Milk Chocolate: Melt the dark or milk chocolate in a double boiler.
- Dip and Coat: Using a fork, dip the strawberry filling squares into the melted chocolate, tap off excess, and place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Set the Chocolates: Allow the chocolates to set up before serving.
