Description

Indulge in these delightful homemade Strawberry Cream Chocolates with a luscious strawberry filling encased in a white chocolate shell, dipped in rich dark or milk chocolate.

For the Filling:

  • 1 16 oz can of strawberry frosting

For the Outer Coating:

  • 1 12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
  • 1 12 oz bag of dipping dark or milk chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Spray a 9×9 pan lightly with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper, leaving extra hanging out for easy removal.
  2. Melt White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate chips over a double boiler or in the microwave. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the strawberry frosting.
  3. Set the Filling: Spread the mixture in the prepared pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  4. Cut into Squares: Remove the set mixture from the pan and cut into one-inch squares.
  5. Melt Dark/Milk Chocolate: Melt the dark or milk chocolate in a double boiler.
  6. Dip and Coat: Using a fork, dip the strawberry filling squares into the melted chocolate, tap off excess, and place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  7. Set the Chocolates: Allow the chocolates to set up before serving.
