- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 3/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch pan with parchment.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add egg, lemon juice, and zest.
- Stir in flour and salt, then fold in strawberries gently.
- Spread batter evenly in pan.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes or until golden and set in the center. Cool completely before slicing.
