- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter, add vanilla and cream, mix into dough. Press into pan and chill.
- Bake the Crust: Preheat oven, bake crust until golden, then cool.
- Make the Lemon Layer: Cook egg, lemon juice, honey, butter, and cornstarch until thickened. Pour over crust and chill.
- Prepare the Blueberry Layer: Cook blueberries, lemon juice, cornstarch, honey until thick. Blend for smoothness, stir in cream.
- Assemble the Tart: Spread blueberry layer over lemon layer, chill until set.
