- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the reserved pineapple juice, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Add frozen meatballs and pineapple chunks to the crockpot.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs and pineapple, stir gently to coat everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth, then stir into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes to thicken the sauce.
