Pork:

Seasoning:

- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Coat Pork: In a bowl, toss the pork cubes with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Sear Pork: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork cubes until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Make Sauce: Stir in soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook Pork: Return pork to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Let simmer for 10–12 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Add Jalapeños: Add sliced jalapeños and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- Finish and Serve: Top with sesame seeds, green onions, and fresh cilantro before serving. Serve hot over rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables.
