Description

Inspired by the iconic Italian dessert, this indulgent Tiramisu Cold Brew swirls rich coffee with creamy mascarpone, cocoa, and vanilla to create a velvety iced drink. It’s the perfect mid-day treat that’s as energizing as it is luxurious.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or simple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cocoa powder (plus extra for garnish)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: chocolate shavings or espresso powder for topping

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mascarpone, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cold brew coffee.
  3. Slowly pour the mascarpone cream mixture over the cold brew.
  4. Lightly dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings or a pinch of espresso powder.
  5. Stir before drinking if preferred, or enjoy the layered look as-is.

Notes

  • Use a frother for an extra velvety mascarpone layer.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less syrup.
