Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Mix: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large heatproof bowl, combine the Chex cereal and your chosen nuts, mixing them together to prepare for the toffee coating.
  2. Make Toffee Coating: In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, melt unsalted butter along with brown sugar and light corn syrup. Allow it to boil for about 5 minutes without stirring until the mixture bubbles thoroughly.
