Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180ºC.
- Prepare the Pastry: Place the puff pastry on a baking paper in a tin, and prick the base with a fork.
- Add Mustard: Spread the wholegrain mustard over the pastry case.
- Make the Filling: Mix crème fraîche, tuna, and cheese in a bowl, then pour into the pastry case.
- Add Tomatoes: Thinly slice the tomatoes and arrange them over the filling.
- Bake: Bake for 35 minutes until the pastry is golden and firm. Serve warm.
