Cookies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, cold
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated white sugar

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups red, white, and pink M&Ms
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Valentine sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  2. Mix butter and sugars: In a stand mixer, beat cold butter until smooth. Add brown and white sugar, beat until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla: Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until just combined.
  4. Add dry ingredients: Mix in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Add M&Ms and chocolate chips: Fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Form dough: Scoop cookie dough and roll into balls.
  7. Add sprinkles and toppings: Roll the dough in Valentine sprinkles and top with additional chocolate chips and M&Ms.
