Cookies:

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups red, white, and pink M&Ms
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Valentine sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Mix butter and sugars: In a stand mixer, beat cold butter until smooth. Add brown and white sugar, beat until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Add dry ingredients: Mix in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Add M&Ms and chocolate chips: Fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Form dough: Scoop cookie dough and roll into balls.
- Add sprinkles and toppings: Roll the dough in Valentine sprinkles and top with additional chocolate chips and M&Ms.
