Instructions
- Prepare Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the kosher salt, lime juice, lime zest, sugar, and olive oil until well combined to create a bright and tangy dressing.
- Combine Salad Ingredients: In a large salad bowl, add the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, sliced Persian cucumbers, cubed feta cheese, chopped mint, and pistachios if using.
- Toss with Dressing: Pour half of the prepared dressing over the salad and gently toss to evenly coat all ingredients without breaking up the fruit or cheese.
