Ricotta Filling:

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Extra basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice zucchinis: Thinly slice zucchinis lengthwise and salt them to release moisture.
  3. Prepare ricotta filling: Mix ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, basil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
