Main Meatloaf:

  • 1 kg ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 large onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 150 g breadcrumbs (panko)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 60 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Cheese Layer:

  • 200 g cheddar cheese, shredded

Special Sauce:

  • 810 dill pickle slices, chopped
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 120 ml mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp French dressing
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Preheat oven. Mix ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire, paprika, salt, and pepper. Shape half into loaf pan.
  2. Add Cheese: Layer shredded cheddar on meat mixture. Top with remaining meat mixture.
  3. Make Sauce: Mix pickles, mustard, vinegar, relish, mayonnaise, French dressing, and onion powder. Spread over loaf.
  4. Bake: Bake until cooked through. Rest, slice, and serve!
