Main Meatloaf:
- 1 kg ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 large onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 150 g breadcrumbs (panko)
- 2 large eggs
- 60 ml milk
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Cheese Layer:
- 200 g cheddar cheese, shredded
Special Sauce:
- 8–10 dill pickle slices, chopped
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp French dressing
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Prep Ingredients: Preheat oven. Mix ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire, paprika, salt, and pepper. Shape half into loaf pan.
- Add Cheese: Layer shredded cheddar on meat mixture. Top with remaining meat mixture.
- Make Sauce: Mix pickles, mustard, vinegar, relish, mayonnaise, French dressing, and onion powder. Spread over loaf.
- Bake: Bake until cooked through. Rest, slice, and serve!
