Ingredients

Fruit:

  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup blackberries

Cheese and Meat:

  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese (cut into ½-inch cubes)
  • 8 ounces salami slices
  • 8 ounces mini mozzarella balls (drained)

Nuts and Dried Fruits:

  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup pretzel twists
  • ½ cup dried apricots (sliced)
  • ¼ cup honeycomb pieces

Additional:

  • 12 small pickles
  • 12 rosemary sprigs
  • 12 food-safe clear or paper cups

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheddar cheese into ½-inch cubes.
  2. Slice the dried apricots into halves.
  3. Roll each salami slice into a loose tube.
  4. Place eight to ten grapes into each cup.
  5. Add four to five cheddar cubes to each cup. Tilt them for height.
  6. Place two pretzel twists into each cup.
  7. Add one rolled salami piece to each cup.
  8. Place one mini mozzarella ball in each cup.
  9. Add two blackberries to each cup.
  10. Spoon a tiny piece of honeycomb into each cup.
  11. Add two or three almonds to each cup.
  12. Tuck one small pickle into each cup.
  13. Insert one rosemary sprig for color.
  14. Adjust ingredients for balance.
  15. Chill the cups for twenty minutes before serving.
  16. Serve chilled or slightly cool.
  17. Store any remaining cups in the refrigerator.
