- 300g warm water
- 6g fresh yeast or 3g dried yeast
- 10g sea salt
Instructions
- Preparation: Mix water and yeast until yeast dissolves. Add flour; mix until dough forms. Add salt; mix again. Rest for 1 hour.
- Coil Fold Technique: Perform coil folds every 45 minutes, 4 times. Rest dough for 30 minutes.
- Shaping and Baking: Divide dough, shape into ciabatte, let rest, bake at 230°C with steam for 15-20 minutes.

- Keep dough in a warm, humid environment for best results.

- Properly cool the ciabatta before slicing.
