  • 300g warm water
  • 6g fresh yeast or 3g dried yeast
  • 10g sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Mix water and yeast until yeast dissolves. Add flour; mix until dough forms. Add salt; mix again. Rest for 1 hour.
  2. Coil Fold Technique: Perform coil folds every 45 minutes, 4 times. Rest dough for 30 minutes.
  3. Shaping and Baking: Divide dough, shape into ciabatte, let rest, bake at 230°C with steam for 15-20 minutes.
