Description

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 lb bowtie pasta, cooked al dente
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Toss the chicken pieces with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Cook in Slow Cooker: Combine chicken, garlic butter mixture, and chicken broth in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  4. Cook Pasta: Cook bowtie pasta as per package instructions 20 minutes before chicken is done. Drain and set aside.
  5. Combine and Serve: Mix cooked pasta with chicken in garlic butter sauce. Garnish with parsley before serving.
