Instructions
- Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Season Salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Sear Salmon: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until crisp. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes.
- Add Glaze: Pour the prepared glaze into the skillet and simmer for 1–2 minutes, spooning over salmon until thick and sticky.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and lime wedges. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
