- 2 leeks (light green and white pieces only, rinsed and sliced thin)
- ¾ cup diced ham
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: To 400 degrees.
- Prepare egg mixture: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until no thick white streaks remain.
- Saute leeks: Melt butter in a cast iron skillet, add leeks, and sauté until softened.
- Assemble frittata: Layer ham, cheeses, and pour eggs over the mixture in the skillet. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake: Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 9-11 minutes until set. Serve warm.
