Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Cake Batter: Combine cake mix, guava juice, eggs, and melted coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. Bake Cake: Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 24-26 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and Cool Whip. Spread over the cooled cake and chill.
  5. Make Guava Gel: Boil guava juice and sugar, add cornstarch slurry, thicken, and cool slightly. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
