- ¼ tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 stick (110 grams) unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning mix

- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients and prepare them by grating or blending the garlic and onion. Chop the fresh cilantro leaves.
- Melt Butter: In a small pan over medium heat, melt the butter for 1-2 minutes.
- Cook Aromatics: Add garlic and onion to the melted butter, cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add Seasonings: Stir in cajun seasoning mix and extra cayenne pepper if desired.
- Simmer: Mix well and simmer on low for 3-5 minutes, then remove from heat.
