Chicken Salad:
- 2.5 Lbs Chicken Breast – cooked & chopped
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese – softened
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- Pinch Salt/Pepper
- 4 Slices Cooked Bacon – chopped
- 1 Large Jalapeno – seeded & chopped
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Cook chicken using preferred method. I usually poach chicken for chicken salad (simmer in water 15-20 minutes). Chop and set aside.
- Prep Ingredients: Prep bacon and chop jalapeno.
- Mix Ingredients: Combine chicken, cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Add Flavor: Stir in chopped bacon, jalapeños, and shredded cheddar. Serve cold.
