- 1 cup salted butter, softened

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix-ins:
- 1 1/2 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy and light, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape the bowl’s sides.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Mix in the eggs and vanilla until combined.
- Combine dry ingredients: Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix on medium-low speed until just combined.
- Add mix-ins: Stir in white chocolate chips and Lucky Charms cereal on low speed or by hand until evenly distributed.
- Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until set. Press extra marshmallow pieces onto warm cookies and cool on a rack.
Notes
- You can use mini white chocolate chips for a different texture.
- For extra marshmallow goodness, reserve some charms to press onto the cookies after baking.
