For the Mango Blend:
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 cup fresh chopped mango
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Additional Ingredients:
- ¼ cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Blend Mango Mixture: In a blender, combine almond or coconut milk, chopped mango, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Mix Chia Seeds: In a large bowl, whisk together the mango blend from step 1 with chia seeds until well combined.
- Chill Overnight: Cover the bowl with chia pudding and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours. Stir once more before serving. Add extra milk if desired for a thinner consistency.
- Serve: Top the chilled chia pudding with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, coconut flakes, or granola. Enjoy!
