Description

This Potsticker Noodle Bowl recipe combines the flavors of a classic potsticker dumpling with the heartiness of noodles in a delicious and satisfying bowl. Perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Meat:

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

  • 3 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha

Vegetables:

  • 4 cups coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles: Prepare Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. Brown Pork: In a skillet, brown ground pork with 1/4 cup of green onions in peanut oil.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, mirin, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add cooked noodles, coleslaw mix, and sauce to the skillet.
