Llasagna Noodles:

Instructions
- Preheat: the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook: the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Brown: the ground beef or sausage in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Mix: the ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the Parmesan cheese together in a bowl.
- Spread: a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place: three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Layer: one-third of the ricotta mixture, one-third of the meat mixture, and one-third of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat: the layers two more times, finishing with noodles and the remaining sauce on top.
- Sprinkle: with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover: with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove: the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let: sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
