Instructions

  1. Roast the Chiles: Roast the chiles until charred, peel, remove seeds, and chop.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet, set aside.
  3. Sauté Onion and Garlic: In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add Potatoes: Add diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
