Salmon:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
Honey Dijon Glaze:
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Make glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Prepare salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the sheet pan.
- Brush with glaze: Brush salmon evenly with half of the honey Dijon glaze.
- Bake: Bake for 8 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze.
- Finish baking: Return to oven and bake for another 4 to 6 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Rest and serve: Let rest for 3 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
