Description

This Sheet Pan Honey Dijon Salmon recipe is a quick and flavorful way to prepare salmon that’s perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

Honey Dijon Glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Garnish:

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Prepare salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the sheet pan.
  4. Brush with glaze: Brush salmon evenly with half of the honey Dijon glaze.
  5. Bake: Bake for 8 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze.
  6. Finish baking: Return to oven and bake for another 4 to 6 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  7. Rest and serve: Let rest for 3 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
