Description

This Spicy Ramen recipe features a rich homemade spicy broth combined with instant noodles, creating a quick and delicious bowl of ramen soup ready in about 15 minutes!


Ingredients

Broth:

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, finely minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 packages ramen noodles
  • 2 large eggs, soft boiled
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Add the broth ingredients to a pot on medium heat and simmer.
  2. Combine chicken broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, Sriracha, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a pot.

  3. Add ramen noodles and boil.
  4. Discard the ramen seasoning packets, add noodles to the pot, and boil for 4-5 minutes.

  5. Serve and garnish.
  6. Place noodles in a bowl, add soft boiled egg halves, sesame seeds, green onions, and extra Sriracha if desired.
