Cream Cheese Mixture:
- 4 oz. whipped cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons carrot, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Additional:
- 24 snap peas
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Cream Cheese Mixture: In a small bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, grated carrot, chopped dill, celery salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- Filling the Peas: Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a plastic icing bag. Cut a small portion from the bag’s top. Carefully open each snap pea, pipe a small amount of the mixture into the bottom of each pea, and press 2-3 radish slices into the filling.
- Garnish and Serve: Top each filled pea with a sprig of fresh dill. Arrange on a serving platter and serve.
