- 3 cups crushed pretzels
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 and 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) butter, melted
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
For the Strawberry Topping:
- 2 – 3 oz packages Strawberry Jell-O (regular or sugar-free)
- 1 and 1/2 cups boiling water
- 4 cups thinly sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Prepare the pretzel crust: Crush the pretzels and mix with powdered sugar and melted butter. Press into a pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make the cream cheese layer: Combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread over the cooled crust and refrigerate.
- Prepare the strawberry topping: Slice strawberries and mix with prepared Jell-O. Spread over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set.
