- 25 Golden Oreo Cookies with filling
- 4 tablespoons butter
Strawberry Gelatin
- 3 ounces strawberry Jell-O
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup cold water
Strawberry Cream Layer
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 drops red food coloring (optional)
- 2 cups Cool Whip
Cheesecake Layer
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup Cool Whip
Strawberry Crunch Topping
- 1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 8 Golden Oreos with filling
- 1 tablespoon strawberry Jell-O powder
- pinch of kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Serving
- 6 fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Golden Oreo Crust – Line pan, melt butter, blend Oreos, mix with butter, press into pan, freeze.
- Strawberry Gelatin – Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add cold water, cool in fridge.
- Strawberry Cream Layer – Beat cream cheese, mix with gelatin, chill.
- Cheesecake Layer – Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, fold in Cool Whip, spread on crust.
- Strawberry Crunch Topping – Blend strawberries, Oreos, Jell-O, salt, butter, chill, sprinkle over bars with diced strawberries.
- Serving – Hull and dice strawberries, sprinkle topping and strawberries over bars, slice and enjoy!
Notes
- For best results, refrigerate the bars overnight for a rich, creamy texture.
